Earlier this week, we had the pleasure and honour of welcoming New Zealand producer and classically trained musician PIANIKA and her soul-elevating music to our own Stereofox Records. Dwelling in the space of ambient house and downtempo, we’re gearing up for the release of her 4-track EP Lune in October and shared 2 beautifully designed sonic experiences.
“Moirai” explores the introverted, yet powerful side of chilled rave. “Phantasia”, on the other hand, feels like a breath of fresh air and much-needed digital stop in a world where everything spins and happens so quickly. Honestly, this composition fills my heart and soul with happiness and adds so much simply joy to the moment. I love being alone at times and this is what I’ve been playing these past couple of days. Not even thinking about life, just spacing out and clearing all the inner clutter.
