The newest collaboration between PARIS and Juno Mamba “Stay” sees two different worlds colliding to create a listening experience that’s immersive and quite left-field.
Few electronic artists balance emotion and world-building quite like PARIS, and this sentiment is loudly echoed across her debut album Labyrinth. For me, “Stay” is among the brightest gems throughout this project as it carries with it depth, ethereal sound design, and melodies that’ll make you feel something. This works so well with the atmospheric vocals lingering in the foreground while the beefy drums drive the track forward with power and groove, grounding its dreamy textures.
