The signature aesthetic of orbit shines through in such a beautiful manner on his newest release “You” – a skeletal track predominantly fleshed out by his charming vocals.
After years of slowly teasing us with mixtapes, rough demos, and EPs, a few weeks ago, German producer orbit announced the release of his debut album Countless Feelings But So Few Words. This is SUCH a beautifully deep title, and one the singles “You” encapsulates the album’s narrative through the vocal performance and the songwriting. Melodically the track is carried by thick, airy pads and glistening keys that heighten the track’s emotive appeal while the drums maintain a steady bounce.
