It’s no secret TikTok is a great source to find new music and I (and hopefully you, too) just found a new fav female MC.
Maryland-based, Nigerian-born rapper, O-Slice, dropped her “Forrest Green Freestyle” in January this year and well-deservedly took social media by storm with it. But she’s actually been around since 2017 and has ever since had her music in Steph Curry commercials & sold out shows in DC.
Floating on top of warm keys & bouncy beatwork, O-Slice’s rapping in “Forrest Green” is smooth, yet firm. And it being a freestyle makes things even more impressive. Make sure to also check the music video:
