On KAMAE’s latest release “YESTERDAY” with Jalen Santoy and Ish Vitale, stellar lyricism is paired with soulful instrumentation to create a rich, introspective listening experience.
This release is part of KAMAE’s newest body of work LA Sessions – a project packed with impressive collaborations and multiple genre explorations. The track “YESTERDAY” stands out as one of my favorites especially since the synergy between all artists comes together in a way that feels both organic and intentional. When we reach the chorus, we’re acquainted with a motivating yet catchy few bars while the verses shine a light on their struggles and victories that led the artists where they are today.
