Slow r&b is not dead and here’s a proof.
London singer Izabel (who just opened for acclaimed rapper Asher Roth at Hootannany Brixton) returns with a new single called “Discipline”. Staying true to her love for deep r&b and intimate/relatable storytelling, the song explores themes like commitment, setting boundaries, and not getting involved in on-off-on-again relationships, through ethereal honey vocals.
Produced by PB (Headie One, Odeal, Miraa May), “Discipline” has hazy pads & punchy drums for the ultimate r&b experience.
Stream/buy it here.
