Fleshed out by bright synths and airy vocal samples, Haume’s newest release, “Recurrence,” explores the topic of finding peace in repetition, recurring thoughts, and negativity.
Producer and multi-instrumentalist Haume is an emerging electronic music artist based in Hamburg who creates to offer listeners an immersive sonic sanctuary. In many ways, “Recurrence” does this through it’s thematic allure and its lush, atmospheric soundscape that’ll have you drifting into relaxation. The raw, punchy drums are contrasted by glossy synth embellishments and tasteful vocals floating in the backdrop. This, along with the gripping progression makes this quite a fascinating listening experience from start to finish.
