Flamingosis and Diastrata have come together for Sunlight Daydream, a collaboration that tastefully weaves funk, electronica, hip-hop, and soul into one vibrant collection.
From mixes to reviews, Flamingosis is among one of the most featured artists on the Stereofox site and it’s been beautiful to watch his evolution. With their shared vision of retro-futurism and friendship, the collaborative project between Flamingosis and Diastrata felt inevitable. One of the stand out gems is certainly “Bonus Code”, a release that fluctuates between relaxed and incredibly colorful. It’s decked with a variety of luminous synths while a percussion-filled rhythm section drives the track forward with an irresistible, sun-soaked energy. Alongside the title track, this marks one of the more laid-back tunes within the album.
