One of the artists who consistently pushes the boundaries of jazz house is Kareem Ali, and this year, he is back with a brand-new body of work, Renewal.
The U.S.-based Kareem Ali can’t go more than a few weeks without dropping music – this man ensures that his audience is constantly fed. One of the standout releases in his new EP is “Wake Up My People”, and with this, we’re acquainted with tasteful mixture between house, electronica, and jazz. There are lush, colorful synths that wash over you, while the sax’s uplifting presence adds a soulful vibrancy to the experience.
