The string of new releases from Seb Wildblood have leaned more towards an indie direction, and this feels like a prelude of what’s to come from his upcoming album Waterworld (also the name of his side project).

Adorned with atmospheric soundscape embellishments, “carry you back” with ABUNAI offers listeners a comforting experience. And this is thanks to the gentle vocals that heighten the track’s intimate appeal – the fx on them actually remind me of the chillwave era.
