Surprisingly, this mid-July Friday has blessed us with great new music.
London singer Ruby Francis just unveiled her new 7-track EP Pages of Philosophy (our album review is coming soon on the blog) – fusing neo-soul, r&b, and electronic music, all produced in her bedroom studio.
Aside from the previously released singles, there are 2 new tracks & an intro – but “A Hug (Flowery Pants)” hooked me the most with its playful guitar riffs, heartbeat-like drums & soulful vocalisations.
