With its intriguing soundscape, Teuteu’s latest release, “Spec,” is easily one of the most captivating jazz house cuts to emerge from the scene recently.
Teuteu is a French producer living in Montréal, Canada, who strives to create unique tracks that blend elements of electronic music and jazz. We’re greeted with an intro that levitates us into the clouds by virtue of the incredibly glossy keys and the spacey synths, both crafting a dreamy effect that induces a sense of weightlessness. The groovy rhythm section fills the atmosphere with jubilation, and paired with the flutes, we’re welcomed into a vibrant sonic celebration that feels both soulful and uplifting. I’m really fascinated to hear what Teuteu puts out next!
