After turning heads with “Save Me”, Blackadder returns with “Ripple“, a release that fuses his signature soulful style with a high-spirited, danceable energy.
While Blackadder’s roots lie in the mellow terrain of downtempo/electronica, on this release, we’re welcome to a different facet of his artistry. “Ripple” leans towards melodic house and slightly takes inspiration from acid house thanks to the glittery lead that bursts into the mix towards the middle of the track.
