Chris Luno’s gorgeous new release “Babysteps” is a sonic journey that veers toward a calming, atmospheric direction and reflects his early deep house sound.
Chris Luno has been on an impressive release streak over the past few months, all while steadily building momentum for his newly launched label, Life On Moon. The PIAS-released “Babysteps” features vocals from his fiancé, and their presence beautifully complements the airy synths decorated across the mix. I loved that these synths were texturally rich as they give character to the overall soundscape of the track while the percussive hits breathe life into the rhythm section.
