The latest release from LUV HRTS “GONNA GET THRU” beautifully encapsulates the feeling of – ironically – crying on a bustling dance floor thanks to its rave-like aesthetic paired with rich emotion.
Foreign Family’s Mild Minds and Ruby Haunts have amassed quite a following with their newly formed collaborative project LUV HRTS. “GONNA GET THRU” marks their third single and is honestly my favorite from their catalog so far. The catchy, luminous chords are accompanied by heavily processed vocals that offer a sense of comfort and a warm, dreamlike quality to the track. This is underpinned by an energetic rhythm section to liven up the mood, creating a fascinating contrast between euphoria and melancholy.
